Anyway, this time, I was soooo excited to do it, because I was working with some great girls, only, since we're short one manager, we borrowed a manager from another store, and she was a total bitch. She was so full of herself, acted like we didn't know anything, and she wouldn't even listen to our ideas and inputs for what works and what doesn't for our store (her store is so much smaller and slower than ours, so what works for her store won't necessarily work for ours, but when we brought up our ideas she just told us "no, we're doing it like this.").

I felt so unneeded, unwanted, and unappreciated. It was horrible. The worst floorset I've ever had. The worst part is that she much think I'm a total bitch, and evidently she told my manger that I was rude and that she "didn't appreciate my attitude". It's hard for me to not have a bit of an attitude when I had to wake up to go to work at 3am to feel like I didn't do shit because this other manager didn't even explain to us what the goal of the floorset was! She would talk to some of the girls that she brought from her store about where they are putting OUR ITEMS in OUR STORE and then not even tell us. Uh, hell-o! It's our store, shouldn't we know where things are going and what's happening?!

Ugh. It was just...bad. I cried. :(
